Residential lettings is heading towards a more structured process, for example; all deposit monies by law must be held with a recognised body, an Energy Performance Certificate must be issued along with a gas safety certificate - by law... All staff here are trained and qualified within the residential lettings sector to inform clients of the changing market of lettings. Employees at Umbrella are trainied to the highest of standards, including HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System). This is what is referred to as a "fitness standard" of property. Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted to make payments simple.  Quarterly inspections are carried out to make sure the property is kept in pristine order. We also offer Rent Guarantee to enable landlords a risk free rental.  

Whether you own a single property or have a portfolio of properties, we are here to help you. We operate beyond normal office hours ensuring no call from a prospective tenant is ever missed.  Appointments available 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm. We are an extremely procative business and are able to check tenants in with full referencing and inventory within 5 working days to assist getting monies to landlord quickly and assist tenant for an immediate roof over their head, if required.
